incredibly lousy customer servicedoesnt have a voicemail..? and they dont answer when the office is open in the morning..? Ive been calling regarding the pet policy just out of curiosity and yanno the website says call for details they open at 9AM, its a Wednesday, I have been calling since open for an hourrrr and not a single person has answered any of my calls, not even a voicemail it just hangs up when no one answers or just stops ringing. separate issue: My boyfriend already has an apartment here and has been trying to put someone new on the lease because his last roommate signed a release from the lease, anyway they have said they were going to send him and the new roommate applications via email and still havent, its been 2 months now; the new roommate works the SAME HOURS THE OFFICE IS OPEN. and they keep saying theyre going to email and never do. Im severely disappointed in this offices service. Also, when i put this review on google they just told me to contact them by the same number and email that they never responded to.

I've had the privilege of working with the property manager Tiffany at other properties since 2020. She is always on the ball, always in a great mood and treats her team and residents with respect and dignity and is always so positive to be around. We recently took over as the trash vendor for Revolve Apartments and she was so easy to work with as always! You're the best Tiff!
