Overall, Fox Point in Old Farm is an excellent place to live. I love the location and nearby park. The apartments are in good condition and well maintained. If ever you have an issue, the office staff is very responsive, and things get taken care of quickly. They also allow pets, which is a huge plus. And most of my neighbors are pretty descent folks. One thing to be aware of is the rent does go up each year. I'm from another state, so I'm not used to that.
I feel they care and go the extra mile to make their residence feel great about leasing their units. Thank You Barbara Hunsaker 31C
The apartments are older so insolation, plumbing and sound proofing is not the best. You can hear every step of your neighbor of you live in a button floor. But the good thing is the complex is very quite.
The grounds are well kept up. The staff goes out of there to make sure you enjoy your stay here.
Fox Point in Old Farm is an oasis in the middle of Salt Lake City. The duck ponds and abundant old trees make this a unique place to live. The office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional because they are always friendly, professional, and they fix things Fast! The best reason to live at Fox Point is because it is so peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. The only reason to NOT move here is the very high rent and that the corporate office raises rents at least 10% every year.
