This place has a few wrongs. A lot of wrongs I mean, management doesnt do anything, they let us move in with a smelly fridge, our mailbox was already broken before we moved In. And the place was smelling inside. All they said to us was the last People who lived here were dirty people. maintenance is literally 2 guys who just drive around. No one picks up after their dogs. Cockroaches everywhere. And youll definitely have people smoking in front of your door always. The price always raises.

We're always sure to properly prepare units for move-in, and we apologize if your home was not to your satisfaction at this point in time. There are challenges to being a pet-friendly community, and we'll be sure to encourage our residents to be mindful of their pets' behaviors. This apartment is by far the WORST place I have ever lived. The manager Geesla, is an absolutely TERRIBLE and rude person. She refuses to take care of any issues until you have to go into her office after calling multiple times and leaving multiple notes to have things fixed and even then she will still deny the issue. The pest problem is out of control and it will never be fixed. When you move out they charge you for anything and everything they possibly can including damages that were already in the apartment when you move in. There was a leak in my bathroom and it stayed like that for the first two months that I lived there until I finally called their corporate office to complain about the management and her refusal to do anything. The apartment is so coated in paint it's disgusting and it's sticky. And that's the only way that they "fix" anything, is by covering it with paint. They will charge you extra things on your monthly utilities that you never even used like Service setup fees and gas (which is setup separately through a different company that bills you separate from the apartments). If I could give this place and -10 starts I would.

wort place i have ever lived. the apartment manager is extremely rude and isn't nice to children. they come after for stuff that they claim is damages when there was nothing wrong with the apartments except for the issues that were there when you move in when you move out. they have bed bugs, cockroaches, and spiders. they refuse to spray for anything.

We're deeply discouraged by this review as it is not indicative of the level of service we strive to provide. Please know, we do have procedures in place to combat pest issues should they ever arise. It is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for some cleaning and repair costs to be owed upon move-out should the condition of the unit warrant it. All move-out procedures were outlined in the lease. You may call the office if you have any questions.


DO NOT LIVE HERE. I wish I could give it 0 stars. If you can get past the broken sinks, dishwashers, heaters, swamp coolers, fridges, doors, and anything else, you still have to deal with cockroaches and bed bugs. Its really not the maintenence men's fault though. They are so swamped with work orders youre looking to wait at least a couple days before they can even come look at it. And their budget is next to nothing. If you're lucky enough to have the bug guy come spray your apartment, it won't even matter because they will just keep coming. After I found one crawling on my 3 month old son in his crib, I went to the office crying. The lady who works in there, Ashley, did not even care. She was very rude about it and insisted that there was not a cockroach problem. The manager eventually told me they would call me to set up a time to bug bomb the place. I called 4 times, never got a call back. Every time I went into the office, they were "busy". Finally reported them to the health department, and got a notice saying I had 3 days to clean my unit since "the clutter was making the spraying pointless." They hadn't sprayed yet and our unit was spotless. The fees are ridiculous. 70% of the utility bill is for the community pool and laundry room. Parking passes are a joke, and even if you have one there is no guarantee you won't get towed at your expense because "he couldn't see it". I could go on and on. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Trust me.

Certified Resident

The apartments and the area around them isn't so bad, but it is incredibly hard to get ahold of the office staff. Over the last 7 months that I have lived here, I've left 3 voicemails, all asking for a callback, and have never received one. Also, there isn't a safe place to drop off rent, and so if I stop by while the staff are out showing a unit, I just have to slip my payment under the door hoping that they get it.
