The management seemed friendly. BUT!!! The two issues I would have, One of the units I looked at had a neighbor with two dogs. Didn't see them but I heard them. And his area outside the door was messy. Having said that, I suppose that would be the situation anywhere. Secondly, The 840 per month is a good deal for the right unit, (45.00 mo to have washer dryer (mandatory) and by the time they add on the extras eg; parking, cam fees, taxes, water (just under 100 per mo unless you are single then it is approx 85) All in, the 840 all of the sudden is almost 1100.00. You are responsible for your own power bill and Im not sure if they have a service you have to go through (prob an extra fee if so). This is somewhat typical, but this one is one of the most costly. Why they don't just come out and say the rent is 1100 per month is obvious. But, there are some nice complexes out there that DO NOT deflate the ad price. And do not charge Cam fees, parking, and washer/dryer etc. You just need to call around.

Just moved out and am very disappointed in some of the charges when I first got the apartment it was not close to the same as the Model I was shown they painted over literally everything hair, stickers, towel racks light fixtures to the point I had paint falling off the wall I had to fix and they still charged me for it... the property management was supposed to work with me on pricing to see if I would stay I was told multiple times someone would follow up and no one ever did they neighbors are trashy and I would never recommend living here for overpriced garbage

AWFUL MANAGEMENT. I wouldnt move here if they paid me to live there and they dont. They charge an arm and a leg for a closet sized apartment

I do not recommend this place at all. The management was horrible. They would say one thing and do the other. Was told I could merge my lease with a friend who also lived there and a few days later they changed their minds cause they didn't like me. If the neighbors don't like you for whatever reason, management will automatically be biased towards you. If they don't like you and you file a complaint, they won't do anything about it at all. The hot tub that was supposed to be year round was down most of the time I lived there.

The place was so incredibly noisy. The upstairs neighbors and loud music from several different apts. The buildings are not very sound proof and the place feels cheap and dingy. I wont be renting from them again.
