Do not rent from this property. I lived here for a year and regretted it a few days in. They dont tell you up front about all the monthly fees, the maintenance is lazy and if you have a issue like my air conditioning not working in the middle of summer, they say well Im too busy we might be able to come out tomorrow. The remodel units really are not remodeled, the one I lived in had different color paint, baseboards not done, they were half done and the ceilings had water damage from previous tenants and the repair job was horrible. The garbage cans always are over flowing, people just throw the trash on the ground, and have seen large rats eating from the area where the garbages are. They do inspections tell you a it will be during a certain time frame and show up a week late. The grounds are always dirty with garbage flying around all over. Please dont waste your time unless you are wanting to be disappointed.

They were a nice place to rent from in the beginning of course but dont Be fooled towards the end of the lease when its time to move out theyll scam you for all you got.Won't explain or go over anything with you either when you turn in your notice to vacate then blam it on you. Because they never do anything wrong and nothing is ever their responsibility.We were good tenants who paid rent on time and never caused disturbances or anything. We also had a leak from the upstairs AC unit that caused water damage and holes in the wall that was reported numerous times but was never fixed but Im sure theyll try and get us for that to... This place is managed very poorly. The property manager specifically is very Rude and not easy to deal with.They messed up on the original lease with the wrong dates, spelled names incorrectly and everything. Again Very poorly managed. So happy to be out of there. Would not ever recommend.

Aptments are way over priced and ways had bugs and water licks from the roof and other aptments... Office people were ruded and not helpful...

Very friendly office staff. Great floor plan. Close to shopping centers & grocery stores. Love the fire place.
