We laugh about this place being luxury. Other people who live here have also had to clean their place when they first moved in like we did. There was food left behind, spider webs, etc. Cigarette butts and debris in our garage. None of the lightbulbs in the closets or garage worked, we were missing the silverware tray in our dishwasher. I mean, really!? Ive never had it this bad in all the places Ive moved to (and its been quite a few especially during my 20s). But to pay this much for it all... Our carpet is on its way to disgusting and the cabinets look like theyve been through a mild war. Our last place was so much nicer and the rent was half as much as this place. I could see how the staff may have been diligent when the place was new, but they handle things very lazily now. Did not have a good move-in experience.

The management staff are cooperative and very knowledgeable of the property. They are hard workers and listen to comments and suggestions that can help to improve on areas that need attention

The location is quite convenient. The mandatory data package is the most useless thing to charge that much money for. Outdated dish network boxes, no ability to set up your own internet so you have to share with the entire complex, making it impossible to get any sort of reasonable use out of it. It wouldn't even let me pay my rent a couple of times online... It just froze. The maintenance staff don't really acknowledge when you tell them something is wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This is one of the most quiet places I have lived, which is great! Also the repair requests are taken care of very quickly. But I really don't like how loud the fridge is. When it kicks on you have to turn up the TV to overcome the sound from the fridge.
