    Staff is the worst and the complex is in a terrible area. Even with the remodels they still have doors that have been obviously kicked in (and not replaced), holes the size of a number 10 can in the walls, and pest issues they can't get rid of (like cockroaches!).

    I will be 100% honest. If I were looking for an apartment and it was awful Id want someone to tell me before I got into a lease. We have had nothing but issues with living here since the beginning. In 6 short months we have had to deal with our sink falling through to the ground 3 times. Our washer didnt work and we had to manually dump buckets into our washer for the first 4 months before they would do anything about it. We had a hole in our tub that leaked water under the tub in which got our closets wet and later we got mold growing. It took several e-mails, calls and months for them to fix it. None of our racks will stay up, weve had issues with cockroaches. We are currently staying in a hotel and its our 3rd night here because we had a major flood and our place has been soaked with poop water for 3 days because they are waiting for it to dry up before they have it shampooed. Its in the walls, floorboards etc & they dont feel like it all needs replaced. We feel otherwise and we dont want our children living in what was leaked all over our home. Weve contacted the GM (the highest management we could) about previous issues and they could really care less. Now we are dealing with this big issue. This is just a glimpse of what weve gone through and I would hate to see anyone else go through this. I am not one to write reviews but after our experience we believe its the right thing to do to warn others not to rent at these apartments. It has been an awful experience that we pray we can move on from it soon. Please, please please rethink about signing a lease here, you will end up in an awful situation that you wont be able to get out of. The only reason why Im putting 1 star is because I dont have the option of putting negative 1 star.
