The management is really willing to work with you, and most maintenance requests are at least looked into within 24 to 48 hr.

When we first moved in, the apartment was not cleaned very well. The carpet just needs to be replace. The last tenant to live there didn't clean and there were ants everywhere and the carpet hold permanent dirt even after they shampooed it. The shower heads are not very good either.

I think the management is incompetent. Some of the policies and procedures make no sense to me. Even looking at it from a business perspective it doesn't make sense and causes a lot of frustrations for the tenants. I feel like they take advantage of you any way they can.

We will be happy to explain our policies and procedures to you again :) We go through all of those before our tenants sign their lease, but we want all to enjoy living here, so if there is anything we can improve upon, we would absolutely like to hear from you!
