WILL MILK YOU WITH FEES Checked out of the apartment, and the guy complimented that he hasn't seen an apartment so clean. We cleaned the apartment moving out. Guess what? They still charged us over $100 + for carpet cleaning? We cleaned the carpet before moving out. Then, they charged us more for UNIT CLEANING. FYI, we had the cleanest when we moved out and even the guy who did the walk through said it is the cleanest out of all the apartments he had seen. They will milk money out of you. I did such a great job cleaning, even got a compliment from the guy that did the "walk-through", and still charged $300 for no reason. LOL 2. Contract ended in November, but since we didn't give them a 2 month notice that I am moving out. They forced us to stay for 2 more months AFTER the contract has ended. Charged us a premium and ended up paying 1,700 for a 1-bedroom apartment for 2 months. 3. It is not that technical, features that never worked like Dwelo (controlling the door locks and temperature on your phone)
