        I don't understand why you advertise energy efficient Windows fireplaces and large kitchens for none of those exist in these units and you took the swimming pool away there's no swimming pool at all and yes it's pet friendly but they do not enforce pet owners picking up their pet waste so if changes could be made I would give it five stars because a lot of the residents are absolutely fantastic as far as the management condescending rude and not willing to work with anybody on anyting and there's only one maintenance person there that is actually friendly and gets the job done other than that I find that y'all are lying and misleading

        3 days after moving in I found cockroaches. It took them a week to have them come out. Then they did another pest thing and I have more bugs in my house than Ive ever seen outside. On top of it they say its low income but I pay more here than I would pay for a place thats not low in come. Plus it wouldnt have bugs. Moving out as soon as possible.

        Moved in 9 plus months ago. On my move in inspection I listed numerous items that were not working or needed repairs. To this day my washer/dryer and dish washer are still not working and now my air conditioning has gone out. I'm not getting any of these issues resolved in a timely manner. I'll be filing a complaint with the Utah apartment association.

        lol. if I could, I would give this less than one star. I haven't had a working dishwasher for 7 years, my dryer stopped working 8 months ago, and still not fixed. toilet has had issues for at least 3 years. my air conditioning has gone every summer and not fixed yet this summer, but usually takes a couple of months to get fixed. there is no pool this year, thanks to maintenance not knowing how to chlorinate, and the office not willing to pay someone. new management not taking care of the yard work. you can easily add an additional $100 a month in "extra fees". there are no hardwood floors. there is, however, linoleum that looks like hardwood, which means that you can hear every footstep of the renter above you. and no noise barrier between apartments. I can actually hear my neighbors using the bathroom. and before you move in, you may want to check the mold ratings for your apartment. new management will not work with you. they are right, and you are always wrong. but you won't find that out until after you move in. they will increase your rent every time your lease expires, and sometimes in the middle of your lease. the fireplaces are just for looks, as none of them work. if you're super quiet, will never ask to get things fixed, and love to pay more than you should, this is the perfect place for you.
