I liked the complex. The grounds are kept up very well. Im waiting for a one bedroom & a certain model on ground floor to become available.

I can not believe that there can only be 2 adults on the lease when you want to rent a 2 bedroom. I just want to rent a place with my adult daughter and her partner and I was told that would not work. So sad because it would have been a perfect place for us to live. Oh well I guess we will have to take our business somewhere else.

The staff here arent very receptive to tenants complaints no matter how many times they are echoed. Instead they act like its a nuisance hearing several different people complaining about the same issue. I have been forced to keep my windows open for the last month on hot days, because they wont turn on the air conditioning. Even with the windows open the temperature still exceeds a comfortable level. The complex has been under an intensive exterior renovation for at least a year now. There is so much noise from all the construction when my windows are open that I cant even do a simple thing like watch television during the day. It has been miserable living here. I cant wait until my lease is up.

Great experience! I lived at Sterling Pointe for more than one year and it was Excellent. The office staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance guys are great and the amenities are wonderful especially the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are even more so. I never once heard anyone on the other side of our shared walls. I can highly recommend living here you will love it!

Moved in and it was never cleaned. We constantly get harassed because of the previous tenants who all owe large amounts of debt. No one knew where our keys were and kept misinforming us. They showed us the most updated and clean place and gave us a dump. Maintenance never actually fix anything, they just say they do. DO NOT LIVE HERE. WORST WASTE OF MONEY.

Will not live up to promises made. Never keeps up with things that break down they spend money on Landscaping instead of improving apartments or fixing apartments that have been broken for over a year promise settlements to apartment holders and you had refused to pay and are waiting for everyone to move out so they do not have to pay that was told to me by someone who worked for this apartment complex unsympathetic to any needs of anyone in their Apartments they guarantee certain things will happen within a couple of days and they do not we have even had prescription medication stolen and no kind of apology or anything given to us and if you live on the third floor be prepared your apartment will constantly be broken
