I have enjoyed living here. The $30 a month fee for garbage valet is a waste! Other than the high rent hike I would have stayed.

Helped my son find this apt after he graduated from college 1 year ago. My standards were high! Seasons of Layton has been perfect for him! Its a beautiful apartment. Its very roomy. There was only 1 apt available so he ended up on the first floor. I thought having people above him would make it noisy - it doesnt. The grounds are quiet and well maintained. He used the gym a lot until it was closed due to Covid19. The theater room is also a fun bonus. Its a fantastic value for this young professional. Thank you!

After 3 or 4 days finally heard from them saying tv they didn't have the apt they advertised having.

Everything about these apartments are amazing: the grounds are well maintained and manicured, the other residents are friendly and helpful,the staff treats you with respect, kindness, and care. They truly mke you feel at home. I would recommend these apartments to everybody! I When I first came I felt downtrodden and full of grief. I had lost a son to a brain anersymn. Because of his death, I had to find a new home. The staff, Adriann and Braxton wer understanding, compassionate and caring. All of these traits are not normally what you would expect from managers, but they were worthy of these adjectives.
