I have been here since May. The staff is amazing and very quick to respond to questions and service requests. There is always something fun going on and planned.

They never get back to you and when they do they are rude and it's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer and when they told me one amount by the time I went to tour the amount went up by 200 and it only took me an hour to get there. They said "its based on demaned" then they want you to pay the holding fee before you are even approved but they'll give it back to you, yah sure and how much will it cost to get it back that may change too they are owned by the same people that owned Layton Meadows what a rat hole that place is

I appreciate Terry in the leasing office for her prompt action and advice concerning problems that sometimes cause distress and frustration with that one neighbor, and/or their visitors. I feel I am valued as a tenant and my peace of mind is of importance.

1 year later since my last review, and it may even be worse with the new management, if possible!! First thing, when they do apartment inspections make sure you're dressed at all times, cause they knock once, then barge in with little respect for the tenant. Isn't that illegal? I was on my couch & had no time to even get up to answer the door!! Then I go to get my mail & do laundry on the Sunday before Christmas, they have a not at the clubhouse saying the fobs are changed need to go to the office with ID, can't do anything about that on Sunday. Why were we not left a notice at our apartment?? Lazy and don't care about you, obviously!! This complex makes you fill like it's a privilege to live here. Unbelievably over priced for the way you're treated , nothing has changed, but the price of my rent each month!!!

It's nice gives alot of apt choices for your wants and needs looking for one with washer dryer in house already but no luck .but over all great site
