The manager brandy does not give a crap about what goes on in the apartments be ready to have a non emergency police number on speed dials because walls here are very thin they have quiet hours here but it only applies to people brandy dont like. For a 1 bedroom they tell you its $1,025 but wait they will add a couple more which will be your covered parking (with or without a car) for $15 a rental insurance for $10 and state tax whatever they call it for $12 that comes to a total of $1062 and that is not including your utilities which is crazy that the garage there are always flooding. Save money and find someplace elsewhere, are better apartments with better pricings.

The manager Brandy was very friendly and helped us get the paperwork done quickly so we could move in the next day. This place has a lot of awesome amenities, and the Management has been great to work with.

Our neighbors have not been great, people in the office are never there, they take forever to fix anything if they do. Hot water ducks, because they won't replace the 20 yr old water heater. They Nickle and dime you for everything.

What a joke.. They haven't even remodeled these apartments and charge as much as a house payment. The kitchen in the 3bdrm is ridiculously small. Lighting in the bathroom is awful also. Not very military friendly.
