If I could give zero stars, I would. Called Falcon park a week ago and let them know of my current credit situation. As I am divorced and the pandemic hit me pretty hard with medical bills. I asked if it was worth it to apply and they said yes. So I applied, sent all my information over and was even going to go to the bank today to make the deposit check (per their demand). Got a phone call letting me know I was denied but she refused to give me an answer as to why and told me I would get an email explaining why. Well I got the email and it also states that they cannot tell me why I was denied. I feel like I was given false hope from Falcon Park and wasted money on an application that I clearly should not have filled out. My aunt lived in these apartments for years and they have never been updated. Not even the carpet. But being a single mom and trying to find something affordable, this was one of my last options. I would not recommend that anyone waste their time even looking at Falcon Park. They are the opposite of transparent and are banking on these applications just to deny people without giving a reason why. Very disappointed to say the least.

Very friendly staff and beautiful and spacious apartments. Staff was quick to get back to me and answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend if looking for a new place to live

Lived there for 12 years. I could leave a detailed review, but in short they have gone down hill in my time. All they care about is money. Nice ladies in the office just doing their job, but the owner and manager are making poor decisions.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! We lived here for a year, last year. The hot tub was closed and the pool was closed almost every weekend. The police were there at least twice a month. Our air conditioning didn't work for 8 of the 12 months we lived there. Maintenance just enters your home with out notice. And they scam you out of deposit and go after you for more even if it's for things that were that way before you moved in. The office staff are rude.
