The apartment wasn't fully cleaned upon move in however overall we enjoy it here.
I love this place. The neighborhood is excellent, the complex is close and with easy access to i-15. The staff is also very friendly and always responds to emails with speed and kindness. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends, and I already have 2 couples of friends who came to live in the same apartment complex.
There's no storage in the facilities and very minimal cabinet space and when you have a problem around they take forever to respond back
The Staff (Nikki and Heather) is very helpful, and do what they can. The only problem that we have encountered is with the rent Cafe. They do not respond to e-mails except with an auto feedback.
The office staff is very helpful in the application process and getting you into your apartment. Before we even moved in they had replaced the household items that were in need or replacing, and touched up any walls that needed the help. Overall we have not had any issues with the apartment and have not had to contact them much more then what we did at the beginning. Parking can be an issue if you don't have a parking pass to park under the covered portions, but the streets are also a good alternative.
