So beautiful, Can't wait to move in! 2 Month's Free is just a bonus, I would have chosen this place to call home with or without it! The office staff has been amazing, Gabby is a wonderful manager and as made this so enjoyable!
These guys seem nice when you check in, they're all accommodating and friendly. They answer all your questions with smiling facing and the staff is helpful. But the moment you decide to move out, they ding you with all these hidden fees and absurd charges. We moved out and they're charging us $370. We expected some of the charges for a full paint and carpet clean, but they charged us rent, we started with a charged amount of $165 (the origin was not explained) and they charged us to clean the apartment even though we did a check out with them. What's the point of having someone inspect the apartment if you're going to charge us anyway? I'm infuriated, this company is no different than other companies. They just want to nickel and dime you out of anything the moment you leave. IN ADDITION, the apartment looks nice, but it's crappy qualitydrawers falling out, misaligned sink, the water pressure was more like a mist than anything, the carpet was scratchy and thin. I would never lease from this company ever again. It's the kind of company that makes you wary of all the rest. Even the horrible apartment in Las Vegas management wasn't as bad; at least they were honest and upfront.
Do not rent from any RoseGate apartment communities. They are all linked to Millwood Management.
They have nice asst. managers, but the maintenance team and what will be fixed is controlled by Millwood. Also, Bad internet and cable options. They change more than $100.00 for cheap basic service that died on me twice while I was here for 26 days. HVAC, not repaired for the excessive noise, but I was told they were going to come on 4 different occasions. Yes, that's right, it was so bad I had to do a $4,670 lease termination. The will blame everything on the previous Manager who quit. But trust me, go to the management website at Millwood, they are to blame. The problems were noted, and all they replied to was that I needed to pay the full $4,670 to leave. I still have not received any apology for the problems.
The tenants here are the most wonderful people but they are treated poorly. That is the sad part about all of this. Again, do not lease at any RoseGate communities.
