The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The management team is easy to work with and maintenance is very good. The apartments are "well lived in", but I've not had an issue that wasn't fixed or remedied.

It looks good on the outside but don't let that fool you! The inside needs a whole new make over ! When you first walk in the carpets have been cleaned, they soon squish down and are very hard and scratchy! Our rent keeps going up every year, but this place hasn't been updated since the 80s or 90s. Our 2 bathrooms and the kitchen floor and counters are so ugly and are probably from the 80s!This will be our last year here! It's disgusting and not a place you want to raise your children!

Way over priced for what you get. The kitchen is super tiny . No pantry not very many cupboards. Not updated. There is no drawers in the master bath. The layout in the living room is weird. There is a lot more I could state.
