Santa Fe Apartments offers residents a terrific lifestyle complete with excellent community features and amenities. Our Cottonwood Heights location places you near numerous Downtown Salt Lake City shopping and dining options, as well as several notable employers. Residents also enjoy quick access to neighboring ski resorts, while nearby TRAX and UTA bus lines allow for convenient commuting around the area. A dog park and various nature trails also sit within walking distance of our community. It goes without saying that Santa Fe provides residents with both convenience and comfort.
I called the Santa Fe office multiple times in hopes to get information about living there. I was never called back and was very disappointed. Needless to say, I do not recommend Santa Fe to those looking for an apartment.
I have lived in Santa Fe Apts. for approx. 2 yrs. I have loved it! great location, modern apts & beautiful grounds. The Staff has been very kind to me & always works to resolve any problem. I have worked closely with Kevin on several occasions, he is professional as well as personable and very knowledgeable. He is never to busy to listen & has excellent follow up skills, which I appreciate. The entire Aptartment community & STAFF gets my vote.
I truly Thank You for making my experience feel like home.
Unfortunately I had to come here to show the terrible issue that I have.
I moved in to Santa Fe Apartament about 3 -4 months ago, and since then I'm having problems with people smoking inside of their apartment breaking a Utah state law and at the same time bringing all terrible and strong smell to inside of my apartment.
I have a 6 month old boy that is having problems because of this ( second hand smoking)..
I know that this community is not free of smoking, but at least they should be following a state law.
I don't recommend nobody move to this community at all.
You will have everything inside of your apartment smelling terrible, clothing, furnitures, baby clothing etc...
Some times I have to send my son and my wife to sleep in someone else house because of the strong and terrible smell.
Poor maintenance crew! A lot of partying neighbors. Thin walls. Not a place for families!
Apartment is fine. Never received the $100 incentive
