Current Resident and cant wait for my lease to end. Extremely dirty property- they let garbage overflow in all dog spots and the big garbage bins as well. Staff is very unprofessional and do not follow up with issues in your apartment. They do the bare min. The dog park is useless since it doesn't have a tall enough fence to begin with. The pool is very dirty and not clean. For the price you pay here you are better off looking elsewhere.

For the price you pay, you pay for an outdoor pool that's open maybe 2 or 3 months out of the year (former management opened it memorial day weekend each year until around labor day) and maybe a handful of apt tenants use it all summer in the past. No exercise room, you can't access the "computer room/community center area" outside of the office managers' business hours. They remodeled but seemed to have used super cheap contractors to do the job. For a couple of months they had paint everywhere and even painted the windows and window accents blue. They had another crew come a couple months later to correct it and they didn't bother to clean up after themselves. I found nails and screws outside my door and they basically let their materials and boxes (when they installed new porch light fixtures) fly everywhere. There was a random sprinkler going for about a week prior to the maintenance person finally shutting off. Now there's moss or some other kind of growth on the base of the building outside the 6812 building. They really did do their best to renovate these apartments but the old wasn't really broken as far as I could see. Dumpsters are always full which makes it look trashy at times. There is only 2 dumpsters and 2 recyclable dumpsters for all 4 buildings which houses 16 apts in each building. Spend a bit more for an exercise room or hot tub. It's cool that they now provide washer and dryers whereas they used to just have hook ups. I don't know if they understand that cheap labor costs more in the long run but the management needs to wake up. Property manager Stephanie is very helpful but keeps normal business hours so you basically have to take time off work to view the units. I moved in based off the pictures online solely and wish I hadn't back when it was owned by the other property. People are quiet. Can hear every footstep of your neighbor upstairs though if you were bottom floor. Neighbors are hard to connect with but that's probably just all of Utah.
