This is not as nice of a place to live as they would lead you to believe. We did however live here for 8 years in 3 different units. Our last unit we lived in for 4 years signing our lease every year before the 1st of june. We gave a 45 day notice that we would be leaving. They have come after us for the month of June's rent. We were out by the 26th of may. We have spoken with the new tenant and she moved in on the 22nd of june. They also are charging us 190 dollars for carpet treatment. Our carpet needed to be replaced when we moved in. However they put flooring in this unit after we moved out. So why would they do 190 dollars worth of work on carpet they threw away. Also when we moved into this unit and had the first rain storm. The rain came in all four bedroom windows. To the point that we had mold in the master bedroom. When we requested this be fixed we were told that it would require a contractor and that they wouldn't pay for one. So we lived with towels in our windows. We suffered from horrible coughs while we lived there but are better now that we dont live there. I would recommend you keep looking if your considering this place.

Wing Point is a great place to live for men and women who are in the armed forces. Really accommodating and respectful. Best thing is on a hot summer day to go sit by the pool and soak up the sun. And on those 3pm days and hearing the jets take off. Maintenance is great, I don't have a negative thing to say about this place. I would definitely recommend these apartments!

Wingpointe is an awesome place to live. The Managment is super friendly, the maintenance address problems you might have in a timely matter, the grounds keeper does an excellent job of keeping the complex looking beautiful & all the wonderful amenities are an added bonus for my family.
