The Fields at Timpanogos Apts.

Although the apartments themselves are nice, but it's been challenging dealing with the staff. Work orders are delayed (great at excuses why repairs aren't completed, including no heat for 4 days). No staff at the office during the posted hours. Rude regional managers. Inexperienced office staff (when someone is actually there).

This is annoying to be forced to do

Rented out or garage to someone else a week before we were supposed to move out. Moved our stuff and gave the other person access to the garage while we were paying rent on it! Also got accused of having 4 dogs when we only ever had two that the apartment knew about and we paid the $80 rent for them.

Ok so I would give a 3.5 star at the most. My neighbors across from me are extremely loud. You hear dogs barking all night, doors slamming etc. When I moved in I was told that their was a 9 inch layer of concrete between each level. Yeah not possible since I can here every conversation between levels. I was talked into a garage unit, which seemed great. But you would think you wouldn't have to lock your car in a garage right!?! No I've had to because my garage opens almost every day and their maintenance guys can't figure it out. (It's called call a pro). Very upset about it cause I can't store what I need to in the garage, afraid it'll get stolen. The lawn looks like garbage cause their are pets allowed here and they don't fertilized or anything. I can count 6 outside lights out from just outside my door. After my 6 months I'm down and out.

I personally really enjoy living here! I have lived at these apartments for several years now and I have never had any problems. The staff is very good at communicating, and has been very quick in fixing anything that stops working. I really love the wooden floors and higher ceilings, as well as the view from my balcony! Thank you for everything you guys do.

Kinda disappointing to place to live. You pay a lot of money for a crappy apartment. And they dont ever fix anything anyways. I've lived her for almost a year. And haven't been able to use my dishwasher.
