This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The construction quality is a joke. The baseboards and windows are not caulked, they have used pieces of 1/2 inch plywood to shim the countertops because the cabinets and bar wall are not level. Even then the countertops were set so poorly you can notice the uneven seam from across the room. The texture and paint look like they were done by a child. There is paint from the door trim and baseboards on the walls. The doors were not cleaned before being painted, as there is debris under the enamel. Insulation is non existent. You will hear every noise from the people above, below and beside you. I am skeptical of the insulation on the exterior walls, as my utility bills for a one bedroom are more than when I lived in a 3 bed 2 bath house. There is dog feces all over the complex, you can't even use the dog park as it is like walking through a mine field and your animals will be covered in excrement. The list goes on and on. They will show you a nice model unit, but beware, the actual unit they will lease to you is garbage.

The management practices are shady and unethical. They have entire families of four or more people living in a small one bedroom unit. Babies crying at all hours of the night. I have made numerous complaints and the management(including the new management that has taken over)does not seem to care. Their response was "that is part of apartment living".

This place is marketed as a "luxury apartment living" That is a bold faced lie. There are better constructed communities that are 20+ years old. They will rent these units out at over a $1,000, but they are worth $700 at best.

If you enjoy living living in a poorly constructed over priced unit with high utility bills, and being kept up at all hours of the night by crying babies, barking dogs, and hearing your neighbors get it on; check this place out otherwise stay as far away as you can.
