    I love the property. It's new, clean and the amenities are great and convenient. The office staff is friendly and always available. I have a 3 year old daughter and the property is kid friendly. My neighbors also are really friendly and nice and makes you feel safe.

    Extremely disappointed in the apartment complex management. I would never recommend renting here, especially for the high price. My husband and I have lived here for 3 months and the first time we have friends over for a Labor Day cook out near the pool area, they tell us to leave for having more than 4 people (even though the pool area was mostly empty and there was a birthday party of over 15 guests happening on the other side of the pool area). We asked if we can use the one of public group rooms inside, but were told we couldn't use them either (even though they advertised these rooms as being available for use for group events, but apparently you can only have groups of 4 people or less).

    We're sorry that this has resulted in a negative view of our community. We are aware that multiple groups were enjoying the pool area on Labor Day and assure you each group was approached regarding our guest policy. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we must enforce our policies fairly. Finally, we do have a rentable conference room, but it must be reserved in advance with the applicable deposit and fees, along with a signed agreement. If you have any questions, please stop by our office.
