When I first seen these apartments I fell in love with the concept.. at first everything seemed so nice even tho there were some problems.. the drawers in the kitchen fell out due to it didn't fit where it belonged. And then one of the dummy drawers just fell all of a sudden.. the fire extinguisher was empty.. I had problems with the down stairs restroom that has never been fixed, our closet doors to my children's bedroom have no doors.. lol I laugh cause to top it off our AC has never worked I think the only time that I didn't complain about the AC was in the winter time but now that the summer is around the corner I am having trouble with the AC again. They have been here so many times trying to see what the problem is and can never find what is wrong with it.. my children and I have been sleeping in 80 degree temperature for the past 3 days.. overall experience don't waste your money go else where cause with what you're going to be paying here is not worth it. I can not wait till my lease is up so I can move out of here.
Sorry not sorry I didn't listen to the reviews but it's a lesson learned please do not waste your money here.
This apartment complex is not worth moving in to. At first everything seems okay, but if you have any problems of any kind they will not be helpful. After Harvey happened it was already taking some time to do the work to fix the walls and floors from the flooring. A heavy rain storm came through and floored the apartments which made them have to start over on fixing everything. They did not finish until December whenever Harvey happened in August. If you have any struggle with paying rent at all do not bother moving here because if you are 3 days late they will charge you $100 and then $10 a day until they threaten eviction and then you $1100 rent goes up to almost $2000. They do not care about their residence in any way so I would not recommend living here at any point.
Very nice property, & lovely layout
its okay just looking for something wit more room but love the open living space
The apartments flood through a steady rain! Not just Harvey it flooded after as well! Repairs are SLOW unless you are a new resident. This has been an awful experience for my family and a hazard to our health. There is no timeline to when our walls will be completed unless we would like to transfer to another unit and pay more rent for the same size apartment! The property manager is horrible, lacks communication skills and could care less about the residents. She won't put in writing anything that she states about when repairs will be completed but new leases are priority. Corporate does not respond to phone calls. Contractors have caused more damage to our unit than repairing. Deeply scratched the flooring, stained the entry wall and carpet! We have to clean up after them when they have actually shown up. Also we were charged a $350 deposit but lease states $0, now I understand why we had to hassle to get a copy. Western Union is now investigating that since it will become an issue at the end of our contract. Recently the apartments have been tagged with spray paint making them look even worse. Plenty of apartments available to lease because so many are moving.
