Took over a year to get a new roof and when the people came I was out of town and crushed my sidewalk to the entry of my house. Hasn't been fixed for months now. They are always look for reasons to find you though! None of the blinds were new when I moved in yet I am expected to pay for ones or be fined. It's a crooked place to live for sure!

This homes are old and need a lot of updates. Sinks and tubs keep clogging. Sometimes when using the faucets the water comes out black. Broken closet doors and sliding outside doors that dont open. Garbag disposal stops working. Cracked tile floors and walls that they seemed to repair but doing a poor job. Put in a work order to get something fixed and they take a month to fix. Also make sure to fill out your money orders before handing them to the manager Susan Lopez as she will put her name down and take your money for herself. Many tenants had to get the copies from MoneyGram or which ever money services they used. Sand her name was sign as the Payee. And yet she still remains working there after there was multiple copies seen by her superiors and was an ongoing investigation.
