What Renters Like and Dislike About University of Texas - Health Science Center at Houston

Friendly neighbors, close by shopping. Close to the freeway and my favorite coffee shop. The neighbors maintain their yards well.

I love the community pool during summer. There is a private entrance to the local grocery marketplace. I love the unique style and feel of the neighborhood.

This is a very professionally well-groomed complex with many multimillionaires living here. There are at least 10 restaurants and one large grocery store within walking distance. We have a variety of other strip mall stores here, also. One store I use a lot is UPS.

There are a few things I like about my neighborhood. First, the beautifully mowed and cut golf courses.

It's a very quiet neighborhood with sidewalks all the way around and access to nearby city park golf.

There is a cute little Thai restaurant in walking distance that I love. And try brother lives near but and likes to walk to the pizza restaurant and the dollar store
