Most horrible place don't waiste yr money how can they even have a 3 star water always being shut off it smells like dog crap the neighbors I had were horrible u report the neighbors to office they do nothing and when you leave they want to add all theeses charges so they can mess up yr rental history my last month I wasn't barely there and my bil was higher then I ever had on utilities they said from back pay 3 years I paid my bill on time then they say back pay once they lost my rent money order and tried to charge me late fee and pay double rent luckily I found my money order receipt I don't drink or smoke I was a good tenant they once sent the whole apartments a eviction notice according to them on accident and everyone was supposed to be ok with it even the people that paid on time tons of fees when u leave more fees I was paying like 2000 a month including utilities for horrible neighbors and like 5 times they put eviction notice when I paid on time and there always trying to come into yr apt even when yr not there they will go in or try to go in like no privacy it's yr home but they can just let there self in anytime they want it's just not good at all

If rent says 800 expect 300 more in unrelated fees and charges you CANT opt out of. They DONT tell you about it. If you have a yard you pay an extra like 150 fee for "yard maintenance" NONE OF THE YARDS HAVE GRASS THEYRE ALL DIRT AND ROCKS. roaches everywhere. They have a monthly "pest control" that comes and is supposed to spray. They'll do 2 squirts at the back door and call that good. Literally the most disgusting place I've lived. They love taking your money and not having to apologize for it. Water pipes burst every few months and will be out for days at a time. No hot water for days at a time. It's just awful. Pls don't give these people your money

LOVED living there!! So quiet compared to some, older residents so not loud.
