Management office very accomodating, grounds exceptionally clean, facilities and amenities clean, apartment complex quiet, beautiful green area.
I have lived in apartment complexes across the country and this is, by far, the best managed property
It's older and built cheaply but the location is good
Don't be fooled by the online pictures. Very disappointed when we viewed the apartments and the grounds.
Also, entering and leaving the property seems as though it could be dangerous at rush hours. Don't commit without seeing the place in person.
I've been very satisfied with the living experience in Grande Hill Estates. The apartment complex is beautiful, well lit, and safe enough for me to not worry about my wife and dogs going for walks by themselves. The apartment has a great value for the money, and the apartment was clean and as-expected upon move-in. I cannot comment on school zoning, as I do not have children. Overall, I would continue staying at Grande Hill Estates if my job did not require relocation.
