I moved here back in March of 2015 and everything seemed up to what we were expecting upon move in. I've been here 3+ years now and honestly it has gone way downhill since. Management has changed many times and none for the better. Residents used to respect each other and there were really no problems, but the walls are thin and you can hear parties going on. I've seen many cars vandalized, cops on premises, I've even heard 3 domestic violence disputes and seen 1 girl bloodied by her boyfriend running up the stairs to get away. All of these issues have been within the past year. There are residents blaring their music way into the wee hours of the night while some of us need our sleep; being a shift worker this takes a toll on you when you barely get enough sleep as it is. I've had a neighbor above me throw lit cigarette butts down onto my balcony and one time it caused a fire in my flower pot which if not caught in time could have led to a more serious situation. Some residents don't pick up after their dogs even when the doggie bags are only a few steps away. There are very little parking spots under the high rise and you need to have a sticker to even park under there (makes sense since the residents are paying to live there and visitors should not get the same convenience as the residents). When you go to the front office to speak with management about issues they just beat around the bush and act like its your problem and not theirs to fix. They even tell you to call the after-hours safety officer which in my experience they never answer or come out. It takes management forever to get things fixed that are honestly a safety issue. Most of the people in the office are not personable and have a major attitude. Yes you do have to pay for valet trash. Their maintenance on the place is lacking, stairs are falling apart and lights around the property are either out or in need of repair. The gym equipment needs some repairs and/or replacements.
looks great , id live here !
