The maintenance of the grounds is not too bad but the dumpster is constantly overfilling and spilling out. The gutters are in desperate need of cleaning, they are not functioning at all. Rain water just pours over the side and flows onto my porch and stairs. Also, disabled vehicles are not promptly removed form the parking lot. There were 2 disabled vehicles that were parked in "prime" parking spots for several weeks. At times, I had to park all the way along the back fence while knowing there were 2 spots right at my front door if they would just tow the broken down vehicles.
