6-13 month Lease Terms available
They are nice when you come to look at apartments but trapped us into not moving out. Read the fine print and that they are a bad management company. Also we have put in 3 maintenance orders and they would communicate and tell us when they came... only one problem they never actually fixed anything...
we still have no power to kitchen island
Our microwave they supplied trips the outlet
My sink is clogged because the stop is broke and we have lights that don't work
They clean the property real nice but that's so the apartments look nicer than they are.
They reaped us into 2 more months... ADDED 300 dollars to rent... all after we denied our paperwork for renewing the lease. Can't wait to be out of here.
Thousand Oaks community evokes a sense of belonging, which has kept us here for close to 4 years and many more happy memories to come.
Everything meets my expections
Declining, it started well, but since Toyota has moved close by, I feel the management is squeezing dollars from loyalty residents. Residents who have been here for multiple years.
It's fantastic at Thousand Oaks! I love the beautiful grounds and the community, as well as all of the gorgeous pools. The neighbors are nice and it's great for my dog. She loves walking the trails with me.
