What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About The Colony

I have always lived here it is peaceful and all that right growth to have everything you need. The stores, restraunt, entertainment selection is amazing. You have it all just 5 minute's away.

I am within half a mile of a Walmart, Target, Kroger, Aldi's a Ross, and a dollar store. Tons of restaurants in the same area. If you are willing to venture out just a little more about 1.5 miles away is granscape which has lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Within two blocks of my house is one of the largest lakes in North Texas with lots of walking paths around it and a marina.

Quiet, homey, easy access to freeway and shopping. Gives me a direct route to work. Centrally located.

here is no such thing as the perfect neighborhood, because not all areas are going to be truly a perfect fit for everyone and their unique needs.Shop local and support these fantastic homegrown businesses that showcase DC's creativity.

Movies fishing bowling skating walking parks lake out to dinner at nearby food places grocery stores mall

Near lots of food and restaurants. Close together but thick walls. Plenty of parking in my driveway.
