What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Texas Tech University

I like that it is a friendly place. It is close to good stores and restaurants. I like hanging out with family and friends here

It's actually pretty quite I like my neighbors. Everyone has there lawn cleaned up. Neighbors actually kind their business.

We have restaurants being built next to us that we will be able to walk to from our house which will make it nice if we decide to drink alcohol

Close to parks and great schools and it's pretty quiet and safe, rent is a little too expensive for the area and size homes but other than that I have no complaints

I like to go to the coffee shop nearby with my friends. There are many kinds of coffee and it is quiet.

I can't think of anything specifically that I love other than it is accessable. Again, it is unreasonab le to make me write so mch.
