What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Texarkana

The security of the houses is emasculate I always feel safe walking alone and there is no violence I like to go the parks and having picnics

Its close to spring lake park . My neighborhood is close to everything. its very quite. My neighborhood is an older neighborhood and most of the people have lived here for a long time. Everyone is friendly and very helpful.

It is walking distance to neighborhood stores and restaurants. It is very pet friendly. Several police officers live inthe well lit neighborhood.

Close to my needs. Schools are walkable. Historic neighborhoodis great for property values. People care about area and neighbors

I like the fact that it's like living in the country but I am actually just down the road from the busy town, restaurants and grocery stores. Everything is close and convenient.

i like that it is a house and not a apartment. i like that it is within walking distance to my school.
