Terrible place, you get 1980's apartment and pay 2022 prices, only 1 maintenance worker on the premise, the office workers are not helpful or don't know anything. property management is almost none existent. Crime in the area.

I really did like these apartments the admin it is they have as well and Im hoping they have an apartment for rent now or before the first of the month so I can move in

I love The Brooke. Just agitated that parking stinks and that we get stupid tenants who don't obey the rules. KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH and PICK UP THE POOP...Otherwise, I love living here. No bugs, no real complaints about maintenance (they are always here when needed). Only real complaint is OLD carpet that is falling apart. No biggie though - I still love my place.
