July 31, 2020Apartments are old, dark and shabby. Paid $965 for a month to month lease on a dark, depressing, outdated apartment. Constant maintenance issues. Excessive laundry fees. Office staff frequently absent. Even though they are gated the back of the property is easily accessible from the highway and not secure. They pay a company to check car inspection/registration tags that will tow your car if tags not current. They keep the security deposit and bill for three times that for cleaning and carpet on move out.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our community, we do our best to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all of our residents. As for the security deposit, we do have to use it if necessary upon move out to fully clean or replace carpet in order to make it ready for any future resident.
