I lived at Chappell Hill for 7 years and really liked it. The people and staff were friendly. The staff was very helpful and quick to fix anything. I only left to get closer to family on the east coast

Apartments are old, dark and shabby. Paid $965 for a month to month lease on a dark, depressing, outdated apartment. Constant maintenance issues. Excessive laundry fees. Office staff frequently absent. Even though they are gated the back of the property is easily accessible from the highway and not secure. They pay a company to check car inspection/registration tags that will tow your car if tags not current. They keep the security deposit and bill for three times that for cleaning and carpet on move out.
