The furnished apartment I rented is beautiful. Within a miles driving distance to many stores for groceries, fuel, or supplies. Office staff responds quickly to any service concerns or issues.

The office personnel are most gracious and efficient. It is a pleasure to do business with them and they are always looking out to help out the resident. The maintenance service is impeccable as repairs are almost always completed by the next day. The apartments are maintained wonderfully from pest control to touching up paint! The grounds and walking trail are immaculate, and make owning a dog much easier. This is the best apartment complex in Temple!

The space is a good size when you look at numbers. The shape however, is a rectangle making it difficult to arrange the furniture. The area is quiet and you cannot hear your neighbor. However, the amenities are few for the price. You can either swim or go to the gym. I would like to see a volleyball/ basketball court or open area in which to play soccer or football. Also, parking is scarce for a two vehicle family.

Great office and maintenance staff. Overall appearance of the complex could use a little help: ie leaves, groundscare, etc. Again the staff is great! As is the location- safe and close to everything inc I35.
