Some of the Management people who work there are rude. One of the Management ladies who lives there doesn't even talk to the residents not even say hi . When I told them that I will go month by month they were trying to make my situation in emails (by mistake they forwarded their internal email). After Harvey Hurricane, they increased the rent by a good margin. Though I had professional cleaners clean my Apt during my move out, they charged me almost $1500 towards regular wear and tear.
I have lived in Baltimore, Chicago, Boston and now Sugarland over the last 7 years and Imperial lofts is the safeties , friendliest well kept apartment complex I have lived in. The office staff is friendly and very helpful taking care of my needs and concerns.
Quick response on repairs, helpful and friendly staff, good community feel, nice neighbors, clean and pleasant grounds.
It's a good facility in general. Nice staff and environmental as well as closed to major highways. Drawbacks are gate doors aren't operate properly (so many battery issues) and crossing railways.
1. Parking is horrible- often have to park far away or near another building to get available parking. Parking spots should be assigned and limited to 2 spots per resident. 2. Access to amenities are limited and should have extended hours for the amount of money we pay to live here. (Ex. Can't access coffee bar until 8am and I have to leave for work by 7:30am) Areas for entertainment (pool, pool table, big screen TV) closes and are on lock down at 10pm even on the weekend.
