I have been living here for almost 5 years and theses apartments are amazing!! The service is always amazing when needed and they get the job done perfect every time!! The employees are always happy and willing to answer all your questions!! I definitely recommend you and your family to live at landmark apartments!!
Do NOT rent here. Unless you want to feel uncomfortable and never able to relax because management manages to take your money, but that's about all. MICE and ROACHES to the point that I hardly use the kitchen at all, and any food garbage I keep in the refrigerator until I take the garbage to the compactor. BETH actually asked me whether the mice were cute. That's the level of seriousness with which management takes your living conditions. After a year of telling maintenance there is a foul odor in my a/c unit, and insisting something's not right, lo and behold there are MICE in my apartment!! Francisco (maintenance) allegedly has 30 years of HVAC experience, and he never saw the holes in the air handler, and he couldn't determine the odor was mice? Maintenance here: they don't see nuthing they don't know nuthing they don't do nothing. But you have to pay your monthly rent -- to live with MICE and ROACHES. The holes were spotted immediately by a senior pest control person when I insisted someone else come out to check my apartment. He IMMEDIATELY saw 3 holes and MICE droppings, including OLD mice droppings. Plus, I found 2 other holes, so 5 holes. Gee, you think the giant roaches could be entering the apartment that way? Or maybe they just crawled under the door. I requested my front door be sealed when I first moved in a year ago, but they never did the work -- until I saw the MICE. THEN Francisco sealed the bottom of the door: it took 10 minutes. It's exhausting trying to get BETH to take action, and trying to get BETH to acknowledge the low level of work the maintenance crew does. MY TOILET WAS FILTHY WHEN I MOVED IN. The whole bathroom was dirty. I cleaned the home I moved out of, and moved in to filth at the Landmark. WELCOME TO THE LANDMARK. I've got calls in to 3 attorneys. They are clearly NEGLIGENT AND DO NOT CARE ONE IOTA.
The tour was great, the mgr was very friendly & welcoming. We love the apt and plan to lease.
I LOVED LIVING HERE, UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO RELOCATE TO ANOTHER CITY. EVERYONE AT THE OFFICE ARE ALWAYS SO NICE AND ACCOMODATING.THEY ALWAYS DID WHATEVER THEY COULD TO MAKE MY STAY MORE COMFORTABLE AND MANAGEABLE. THE ROOMS ARE ALL VERY SPACIOUS, THE LATEST DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY. I WISH THE LANDMARK WAS IN THE AREA I MOVED TO. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND I DID BTW! GOT 500 DOLLARS! THAT WAS AWESOME! MOST PLACES ONLY OFFER $100-$300 GIVE THEM A TRY! YOU WILL LOVE IT!
The Landmark is a good place to live. The location is ideal, near the freeway, shopping is nearby. The grounds are pretty well taken care of. The only complaints are the parking is inadequate near the back buildings due to reserved parking. The trash is only picked up once a week, and some residents don't put the trash in the waste container. It's unsightly. Also, I'm not a pet lover and the neighbors above let their dog on the patio, his hair sheds down to mine. (Personal issue).
