I recently moved into Abbey and I have had a good experience so far. The staff is friendly and attentive, The property is really nice with some good features like the pool and splash pad and when I was moving in the process was very easy. Overall I would recommend this community to anyone looking around.

This complex is completely disgusting. It looks really nice upon the first tour. Only to be woken up by mice in the wall scratching for hours. Then having your 3 year old toddler have to deal with HUGE ROACHES in his toddler bed. None of the staff stay on property because they know its disgusting. Management response is its normal to have pest in the apartment because of hurricane Harvey. The apartments didnt even flood. These people DO NOT CARE about your family or concerns. They cant keep anyone in the office. Its horrible. The foundation of the apartments is the reason for the pest. Do not waste your money here.

LOVE living here. People have a lot of angry things to say because they are or were impatient. The complex was bought by another company.. they new owners needed time to get paper work and everything in house fixed. I love how residents are complaining and saying they preferred the old owners.. there is obviously a reason modera didnt last and they had to sell. Ive been here throughout the entire process of the new owners. GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE. Trash isnt a problem, poop isnt a problem, leasing wasnt an issue at all, the property has improved SO SO SO much. Im resigning without hesitation. This is a gorgeous property,
