The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including microwave, and pantry, washer and dryer, making it a combination of comfortable and sophisticated living. Farmhouse Row is also a pet friendly property. The exterior of Farmhouse Row is stunning and very welcoming, with beautiful landscape, easy access to freeways, and section 42 welcome. There is 24 hour emergency maintenance, rent is payable online for your convenience. Each apartment home contains ceiling fans, blinds, fully furnished kitchens, and full size bathrooms, washer and dryer connections, wood vinyl plank flooring, and professionally painted walls. A $20 app fee per adult; and a reservation fee that holds the home, is due at time of application. **Reservation fee is required at the time of the application. This will turn into your security deposit after you move in. The reservation fee also holds your apartment. If you choose to withdraw your application, you forfeit your reservation fee, but if your application is denied due to credit or rental history, income, or student status, your reservation fee will be returned. *Resident is responsible for electric, and may choose to obtain internet, cable TV, & phone *100% Smoke Free Property *$300 fee per pet, combined weight limit of 50 pounds, 2 pet limit. * All information is subject to change without notice.
