What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Schertz

I like that we have a lot of family small business in the area. Our favorite place to go is Big Pappa's

I love how close I am to everything (stores, highway, etc.) I also like that we live near the schools so that my son has options for how to get there (car ride, walk, bike, etc.).

Our neighborhood keeps an eye out for each other. If we see something suspicious we report it. The police are present a lot and make things safer for everyone

I can safely walk around the neighborhood, walk my dog, run, etc.Good social order and a solid house give me a sense of security to live here.

We live 5 minutes away from the closest hwy and shopping centers, but it still feels secluded and safe. Our neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other. There are also two parks within walking distance and a community pool behind our house.

McDonald's and the uc park near by that our kids love going to all the time it's a very good place from caves and such
