What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About San Augustine
In my neighborhood there is everything within a mile We have numerous and varied restaurants, shops and businesses. We have community centers and a clubhouse with all the amenities.
The only thing I like about my neighborhood is its a reasonable price. The condos sell at a low price and the maintenence is relatively low.
A retirement community Shopping and restaurants close by The city has many parks shopping areas and restaurants
We have a pool close by, plus access to the clubhouse. Neighbors are all friendly. We are in a good location.
Only thing unique is the pool and in door gym which isn't open now due to the virus. Usually go to publix, douch pot, or Popeyes.
i like that everyone is nice, if you have an issue maintenance is on it asap i like going to restaurants with family and having a good time
