I've been living here at Windrush for many years. The current management has been exceptional. The leasing manager is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Thank you Windrush.
Hello. I moved here in Jan 2018. I love my home. Its very spacious and quiet living. The staff is wonderful. Claire is so nice and kind. I hope she never leaves our property. She is always willing to help with a smile on her face. This is a older property that has been very well taken care of by the staff. I would highly recommend this property. I love living here and its close to everything.
Since the day my family and I moved in here, we've constantly had issues. Bed bugs, the landing outside my front door was cracked and used to rock if you put your weight on a corner. The balcony was cracked in the center and you used to be able to see through the cracks. The fans in both bathrooms work for a while and then short out not long after being replaced. Biological growth everywhere. Water leaks down the center support column for the dining room, kitchen, and living room area. Carpet wasn't replaced when we moved in, 3 years later it's barely holding together.
Management tries their best, can't be helped if...no one stays in the position. I could go on in depth, but I've already posted a Google review.
The management has changed several times, my ac doesn't really work. I had to hire my own ac tech to fix the problem. No sense of community
The reason for the poor rating is, because my a/c in my apartment isn't working properly. The inside temp is always 77 degrees and will jump up to 80 when cooking. Never gets fixed.
