Out of the many apartments weve lived this has by far been the worst. The management company Adara does not care about their tenants at all. It is impossible to get an email or call back from the manager. The managers/employees constantly lie straight to your face. They promise something for renewing then backtrack on it after you sign. Once you sign your lease the employees are very rude and dont care anymore about you. Work orders usually took at least a couple weeks. We went 4 days without heat or hot water during the winter. A/C also went out a few times which is unlivable here in Texas. They replaced our fridge after it went out with an older one that smelt like rotten fish. The gym has always had stuff broken and its ac has been out for about 2 years. The apartments arent energy efficient. For 2 of us who mostly werent home our electric was somehow $100+ a month. The grounds and walk ways are always dirty. Were very clean people but we still spent hours to make sure everything was clean so that we could get our deposit back but they still found a way not to give it back and then charge more. They initially told us they replace the carpet after every move out but then they charge you for it (even though it was steam cleaned and good condition). Way overpriced for how low quality it is. We found one with granite, stainless appliances and a yard for about $100 more.

They do not know how to bill you properly. On move out I should have owed nothing as I gave full 2 month notice and paid off what was owed. They left rest of months charge on the bill even though I moved out on the 3rd of month, I emailed them and called multiple times to get it taken off. Checked website and it was finally taken off only to be sent to collections even though I owed nothing. I have all proper paperwork and sent to them multiple times and they still sent to collections even though I do not owe them anything. Now i lost 50 points on my credit score due to them, beware of this place.

This is a really bad apartment complex. I can post about 30 comments about this complex, pretty much for every day of the month, its ridiculous. Let me start by the front desk leasing agent; Steven. I called 10 days ago to request a move out fee notification. This notification gives you a breakdown of the fees a person needs to pay post move out. So I call a 3rd time because it has been about 10 days and I haven't received it. Steven, takes the call, doesn't pay attention to details explained and then doesn't let you speak. He continuously cuts you off and interrupts as you are speaking. When I asked him to listen for the details, he gets upset and says, and I quote, " I have other customer's waiting on the line and that this conversation needs to end soon. I am not surprised. "All he needed to do was take the message and mention, we will try to send it to you as soon as possible ". That is all he needed to do. Corporate will definitely here about this.

Dirty grounds, dog poop everywhere, loud neighbors, front office doesn't care only when its time to pay rent.
