Horrible place to live. Mold growing on my walls. Inhabitable living. Pipes busted in the unit above me on 12-24-2022. To this day of 01-08-2023, I STILL HAVE WET WALLS AND MOLD GROWING ON MY WALLS!

Super helpful leasing agent Darius, hope i spelled it right...... I asked a million questions and he got answers to all of them... My daughter went to look at apartments and fell in love with them and the staff.... HIGHLY recommend.. great move in special too... BONUS.... she'll let me know how living there goes after a few months ... i'm so curious.

This list is too long to go through but without a doubt the worst place to live. You will be living in garbage piles in every hallway due to the trash pick up not doing their job. The dumpsters constantly full, these pictures are from multiple days in a row. Pool closed much more often than it's open. Dog poop everywhere you walk and the dog park not usable because it's so full of excrement. Stay far far away. And don't believe the management, they have switched management companies in 3 times in the time I've been in here for less than a year!

Ive been here since May of 2019 and Love it! The office staff is fantastic, great customer service and always willing to help & answer questions. The maintenance team is stellar! They are quick to turn around work orders and good with communication. The addition of community events, food trucks on site, and a portal to stay in the loop is a huge perk. Moving here was definitely a great decision.

We recommend Verandas! Im in the large one bedroom with a big yard for my dogs. Its quite and friendly around here.
