For an apartment complex that accepts housing vouchers, it is very well kept up. There aren't many amenities, but the pool is nice and clean. The grounds are pretty well kept up and the landscaping is pretty. It's also very close to the grocery store and it shopping necessities and stores. The highway and bus system is also readily available.
