Once you have completed the application you have a weblink to pay our application fee is $75.00 and our administration fee is $100.00 per person must be in a money order. Our units are 710 sqft unit leasing for $1,075.00 per month. Some units will have full size washer and dryers call for availability, they come with connections, central air/heat, ceiling fans in selected units and lots of room to enjoy your new home. If approved with a conditional, you might have a deposit to pay between $150.00- and one-month?s rent or approved with an opportunity fee (Non-Refundable) between $150.00- and one-month?s rent.
