I lived there for 3 yrs. Service was great but when we moved out they missed informed me about the process , refused to walk with me to inspect the appartment for final move out and came back with charges and repairs to keep my deposit AND charge an additional amount.
When I reviewed them , several other people had complained of the same issue. And it just seems like once you move out they dont care to offer you resolution.
I absolutely love my apartment home. Thank you, Lord for leading me to such a wonderful community. The staff and maintenance people are so helpful and I hope this review will encourage everyone to consider this apartment complex when they are looking for a new place to live.
Absolute worse apartment experience by far. Read all the reviews! Yes it is a nice quiet complex where the tenants do keep to themselves. The problem is management. Jennifer will never take your calls or return them. Instead she will have front desk repeatedly say she is with another resident, at the other property, etc... BUT if you do not give your name or apartment number and refuse to hang up until she comes to the phone I promise she will answer in 2.5 seconds! Do take pictures of absolutely everything including your carpet, they are trying to charge us for new carpet, new tub, and plenty of other things. I have no problem for paying for holes because of hanging pictures but the other small things are ridiculous the apartment was not in great condition when we moved in but it was what we could afford. When we moved in the carpet was not new at all. Yes it was cleaned and I know this because my family owns a carpet business and I know it like the back of my hand. But with no stains or anything we are being charged and when we moved in the tub was already worn in with the leak that had been there since the beginning. We placed numerous maintenance calls because of this leak and even said we didn't want to be charged because it was wearing down the tub and they still proceeded to slow it down but not fix the issue. It wasn't till one Sunday night when it finally broke and wouldn't turn off that maintenance had to come out and turn off our water in order for it to stop. And this was no little leak the water was on full speed for a couple of hours until he arrived. Now they are charging us for everything. Do yourself a favor and move in somewhere else. The upgrades are nice and the community is alright but with horrible management it's not worth it. I would never recommend.
